Marketing strategy for local businesses
Be the name your neighbors recommend
Translation, not transformation.
Where people look for you changes every month. We keep up with it and make the moves that bring customers in, so you can get back to the work you're known for.
Based in Orlando (Lake Nona), FL.

// the thesis
No magic. The gold is already here.
You're good at what you do. You have happy customers, a good name, and work you're proud of. Most of it never shows up where people look: the Google results, the map, the reviews, the apps people ask for a recommendation.
We don't reinvent you, rebrand you, or lock you in. We make what's already true about you easy to find and easy to choose, and we keep it that way as the ground shifts.
// what we do
Three plans. Pick the one that fits.
Each plan starts with a plan on paper: who your best customers are, where your money goes today, and what to change first.

Everything above, plus a quarterly re-score and a planning session with Daniell every quarter. For established shops ready to grow on purpose.
What we don't do: run ads, build websites from scratch, or call or text your customers. If you need one of those, we'll help you pick someone good.
// the framework
Five questions every local owner has to answer.
Every plan, every report, and every score runs on the same five. Your answers change as you grow; the questions don't.

// how it works
Score. Talk. Plan. Re-score.
You see where you stand before you spend a dollar, and every quarter you see what moved.
Where to start · coming soon
The free score looks at what customers see: your Google profile, the maps, your reviews, your website on a phone, and what the apps people ask say about you. You get the three fixes that matter most and how you stack up against the three names nearby that customers compare you to. The walkthrough is optional; the score is yours either way.
// our promise
In your corner, every season.
Most owners we meet have paid someone who talked a big game and then went quiet. So here are six promises you can hold us to.
01
Every message gets a reply.
Write to hello@marketegy.com and you'll know it landed, then get a real answer. You never have to chase us.
02
You approve anything public.
Posts, review replies, listing changes, and emails go out only after your yes.
03
Your accounts stay yours.
Your Google profile, website, and customer list stay in your name. We work through the access you grant, never your passwords. If you leave, everything stays with you.
04
Here as long as it's working.
No lock-in. If it isn't earning its keep, you can walk, and we'd rather hear it from you first.
05
Plain English, with proof.
A monthly report you can read in five minutes: what we did, what changed, and the link that shows it.
06
We never cut corners with your customers.
We don't call or text them, write reviews, or pick who gets asked for one. Your name is worth more than a shortcut.
A promise, not a slogan. Hold us to it.
// who it's for
Honest qualifiers.
This is for you if:
- You own a local shop, practice, or crew, and most customers come from within a short drive
- The phone slowed down, and nobody can tell you why
- You've paid for marketing before and couldn't tell what you got
- You'd rather spend your time on the work than on Google
This is NOT for you if:
- ×You want someone to run your ads or cold-call for you
- ×You're a national brand or a franchise head office
- ×You're past about $5M or need a sales team built. Middle 3rd Solutions (M3S), just below, does that
// for growing firms
The same thinking, built for the next stage.
Past about $5M, growth runs through more than customers nearby: partnerships, bigger deals, and the few people who make them happen. That's business development, and it's what Middle 3rd Solutions (M3S) does, as fractional Chief Business Development Officer services for privately held firms from $5M to $50M+. Same founder, same principles.
Partnerships
Channel partners, strategic alliances, and referral infrastructure.
Corp Dev & M&A
Acquisition pipeline, integration planning, and exit readiness.
Growth Strategy
New markets, partner-led go-to-market, and launch planning.
Middle 3rd Solutions (M3S) is the parent firm of Marketegy.

"The accounts stay yours. The relationship is ours to earn."
He grew up in the professional football system in England. Signed schoolboy forms at 15, trained full-time in Birmingham City FC's academy from 16 to 19. Was 50-50 for a full professional contract and just missed out. Chose a soccer scholarship in America over part-time professional football in England. Full ride to Rollins College. Three-time All-American. Represented Great Britain at the Summer Universiade. Hall of Fame. BA in Psychology, MBA in Management. But it was the pitch, not the classroom, that taught him how to compete under real pressure and what to do when the plan disappears.
Almost his entire career has been spent in digital marketing, on the technology side: the better part of two decades in business development and partnerships at the companies brands use to reach, win, and keep customers, from early-stage venture-backed startups to publicly traded technology companies, including being part of a multi-hundred-million-dollar acquisition.
All of it taught him one thing: the marketing that wins isn't the loudest or the most expensive. It's the clearest, kept current, where every month builds on the last. That's what Marketegy brings to local owners. A husband and father of two daughters, everything he builds passes through one filter: does this make our family stronger?
