Who We Are

Marketegy is a trade name of Middle 3rd Solutions, LLC (M3S), a Florida limited liability company doing business as "Marketegy." In this policy, "Marketegy," "we," and "us" mean Middle 3rd Solutions, LLC.

What We Collect

When you contact us by email or through a form on this site, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, business name, and the content of your message. We don't collect anything else automatically beyond standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

Your Free Score

If you ask for a free score, we collect your email address, your business name, the town or area you serve, and whether you asked to receive Main Street Alchemy. To build the score, we look at publicly available information about your business: your Google Business Profile and other map listings, your public reviews, your website, and what public search and AI answer tools say about your business. We count reviews; we never record or publish the names of the people who wrote them.

We keep your score request for twelve months so we can send it, resend it, or update it if you ask. After that it is deleted unless you become a client. To delete it sooner, email hello@marketegy.com from the address you used.

Main Street Alchemy

If you subscribe to Main Street Alchemy, your email address is stored with beehiiv, the service that sends it. Like most email services, beehiiv records whether an email is opened and which links are clicked. You can unsubscribe from any issue with one click, and we'll stop sending right away. Replies to the newsletter come to us and are read by a person.

If You Become a Client

We work inside your accounts only through the access you grant using each platform's own manager or delegate tools. We never ask for your passwords. Your accounts, customer lists, and content stay in your name. How we handle your business information during an engagement is set out in your service agreement.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to you, send the score or newsletter you asked for, and follow up if there may be a fit. We don't make marketing calls or send marketing texts. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

Cookies & Tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and does not track you across websites. It tells us aggregate information like page views, referrers, and device types.

Third-Party Services

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Form submissions and emails are delivered through Resend. Main Street Alchemy is sent through beehiiv. Free scores use public search, maps, and review data from third-party data providers.

These services may collect standard web traffic data (IP addresses, request headers) under their own privacy policies. We don't control their data practices, but we chose them for their strong privacy track records.

Data Retention

We keep your contact information for as long as it's relevant to our business relationship, and your newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe. If you'd like us to delete your information, email us and we'll handle it promptly.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Just email us at hello@marketegy.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals.
